Opportunities for Children
Sunday Mornings:
Lifegroup Classes for children grades Kindergarten- 6th grade begin every Sunday @ 9:30.
Starting with Kindergarten, we continue our focus on Old and New Testament characters and the life of Jesus. Children learn new truths every week. The children also do hands-on activities relating to their lessons. As the children get older, they learn to live out their faith by learning to living God's Way! They will focus on Bible memory and Bible activities that empower them to live out their faith 24-7! As they get older, we continue to help them with themes that are centered on walking with God.

Kids Own Worship (K.O.W.) is a high-energy, fast-paced worship service just for children in Kindergarten-4th grade. The children and their leaders meet in room 232/234 at 10:30 to learn more about Jesus, have activities, play games and enjoy music. Kids Worship is designed to give children an understanding of worship on their level with them in mind. Children may also attend the traditional worship service with their parents.
Wednesday Nights:

Royal Ambassadors (RA's) is a Bible-centered, church-based, Southern Baptist mission education organization for boys in grades K-6. This program helps to reach boys for Christ by emphasizing missions activities and Scripture memorization. Along the way they'll also learn camping skills and become involved in a variety of fun activities while learning about and raising funds for various missions.
Our RAs meet on Wednesdays at 6:00p.m. We are currently using the Lifeway RA material and we are encouraging our boys to learn the below RA pledge:
THE ROYAL AMBASSADOR PLEDGE
As a Royal Ambassador I will do my best:
to become a well-informed, responsible follower of Christ;
to have a Christ-like concern for all people;
to learn how to carry the message of Christ around the world;
to work with others in sharing Christ; and
to keep myself clean and healthy in mind and body.

Girls in Action (GA's) is a mission group for grade school girls K- 6th grades, that captures hearts "on the grow" and involves them in Christ's vision of reaching out to the world. This group allows girls to learn about their Lord and memorize scripture. We learn about different countries and the missionaries serving these countries.
GA Pledge:
As a GA, I will do my best to live
a missions lifestyle that honors
God by learning about missions,
praying for missions,
giving to missions,
doing missions and participating in the work of the church.

AWANA is an international, Bible-centered club for children in preschool through sixth grade. The aim of the curriculum is to take young people a step deeper into God's Word while giving boys and girls opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. The AWANA club meets during the school year.
