Meet Our Staff

Mark Anderson served as Pastor of Lynwood from 1994-2000. After eight years of pastoring Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi, Mark came back to Lynwood in July 2008 to serve as Pastor. He is a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark previously served churches in Orlando, Florida, and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Mark and his wife, Karen, have four children and two grandchildren, Evy and Liam. Ashley is married to Kurt Lancaster, Alyssa is a student at Mississippi State University, Will is a student at Liberty University, and Andrea attends Cape Central Junior High School. Kevin Coffee joined the LBC staff in 2007. He returned to Southeast Missouri from Middle Tennessee at that time after serving Dawson McAllister Association as National HopeLine Director. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University. He has also earned two Master’s Degrees from Southwestern Seminary (Christian Education and Marriage and Family Counseling) and is currently a doctoral candidate at Southern Seminary (Doctor of Education). Kevin has previously worked as a professional counselor as well as an Associate Pastor of Youth and Education. He and his wife Karen have three children.

Brian Crisman is passionate about worshipping Almighty God and leading others to do the same. He surrendered to the call to ministry at an early age and, since the combination of music and ministry has reached the third generation in the Crisman family through Brian, music was the natural ministry path laid out by the Lord. A trumpet player by trade, Brian entered the ministry in 1994 as a music intern and orchestra director. In 2001, he filled an interim worship pastor position in Louisville, Kentucky which eventually led to a full-time call by the same church. Since that time, he has served as worship pastor for churches in Kentucky, Arkansas, and Alabama. Brian, his wife Sonya, and their children, Victoria, Emma, Brotey, Kate, and Ellie have served God at Lynwood since August 2010.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Mobile in Mobile, AL in 1997 and a Masters in Church Music from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in 2002.

Kenn Riehn first started working with children at FBC Millersville at the tender age of 16, and has been working with kids ever since. He enjoys working with kids very much, and will continue to do so as the Lord leads.

Kenn has been married to Pamela for 23 years, and they have 4 children. Sam is at Marion Military Institute in Marion, Alabama, going through the Service Academy Prep Program. If he is successful, he will then go to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this summer. Emily attends Eagle Ridge Christian School, is a cheerleader, plays volleyball, plays the piano, and sings. Seth also attends Eagle Ridge and plays basketball and soccer. Lydia is homeschooled by mom and plays violin and piano.

Christy Brey joined the staff in September of 2009 as assistant to the Children’s and Student Pastors. During that time, she began to see the Lord growing and developing her passion for children and families. She accepted the call as Preschool Director and began in September 2010. She is excited to be doing God’s will in her life and looks forward to serving the Lord through our preschool department. From birth, children are old enough to start nurturing a spiritual foundation.Christy strives to make our preschool department intentional in all we do with our preschoolers and she wants to encourage parents to do the same at home. Christy and her husband, John, have one daughter.

Jeff Moran joined the Lynwood staff in July of 2009. He is a native of Corbin, Kentucky, where he served Central Baptist Church as the student minister for twelve and a half years. Jeff is a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2006) and Tennessee Tech University (1996) where he played football.

Jeff and his wife, Wini, have five children: Drew, Ty, Grace, Rachel and Rebekah.
