Pioneer Evangelism is a training ministry which consist of training lay evangelists to go into areas where there are no churches (pioneer areas), winning souls to Christ and starting new works.

The goal is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by planting self-supporting, self governing and self-propagating churches under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. The emphasis is not to start just one church but churches starting multiple churches which in turn start more churches.
